PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due in CASH upon completion of your tattoo. Other methods of payment include either Bank transfer (Australia only), PayPal or Wise - please notify us in advance as a 15% surcharge will be applied for non-cash payments.
RESCHEDULING: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for any appointment rescheduling. Changes made after this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, requiring an additional deposit for a new appointment. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed per deposit with proper notice; repeated attempts will necessitate a new deposit. In the rare event that we need to change your appointment date or time, we'll aim to notify you at least 14 days in advance. If you can't reschedule in such a situation, we'll collaborate on finding a solution.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits for canceled appointments are non-refundable.In the event that we need to change either your appointment date or time, we will do our best to notify you at least 14 days prior to the date of your appointment. If you are unwilling or unable to reschedule in this situation we will work with you to provide a solution.
**If you wish to cancel your appointment altogether, your deposit will not be refunded.
LATENESS & NO-SHOWS: If you are late for your appointment this may affect the length of time we have available. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice to your appointment you will be considered a no-show. If you are a no-show or cancel less than 72 hours prior to the time of your appointment FOR ANY REASON, you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
APPOINTMENT LENGTH: Appointment lengths can very quite a lot, especially if edits to the design, sizing or placement need to be made. Set-up, alterations, breaks and photos can potentially add 1 to 2 hours to the length of your appointment. Please allow plenty of time, and discuss any same-day engagements you may have in advance. Please let us know if you are traveling long distances or are operating on any sort of time constraint.
PROJECT TERMINATION: Ed may terminate involvement in an appointment or ongoing project at his discretion, citing reasons such as excessive lateness, repeated rescheduling, or significant revisions to the project scope. Termination does not entitle a refund of any payments/deposits.
ART: All designs created by Ed are his intellectual property and can be reused at his discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHS: You may be asked to have your photo taken, and by agreeing, you grant unrestricted rights to the images for promotional or editorial purposes. Any restrictions or questions must be promptly communicated.
